All work produced by Ethan Parker PE is intellectual property protected by copyright.  As such all designs, analysis, drawings, calculations, photographs or opinions are to be used solely by the client concerning the project for which they were generated.  Any reproduction or use of these items by anyone (except the original client in regard to the specific project) is forbidden without prior written agreement for the compensation of Ethan Parker PE.  Ethan Parker PE retains all copyright for the above mentioned items as well as any statements or testimony made during deposition or in Court.  Reproduction of the transcripts of any deposition or testimony of Ethan Parker PE may be made for use by the Court or counselors involved in the case for which it was given.  However, any reproduction of those transcripts for profit (i.e.: charges in excess of $0.05 per page) is forbidden.
